Professor Zhao Dexin felt that his knowledge achievements were not respected. In August 2020, he took China Knowledge Network to court, and filed a lawsuit against more than 100 papers that he had included without authorization.
In the end, Zhao Dexin won all the lawsuits and received more than 700,000 yuan in compensation. After CNKI lost the case, it removed all Professor Zhao’s papers from the shelves and no longer included his papers.

After purchasing the thesis, he asked the customer service for a refund of the balance, but was rejected by the customer service for various reasons, including the handling fee for the refund and the long period of time for the refund…
Since the above issues were not resolved, the college student sued CNKI to the court.
In the end, the court ruled that CNKI’s regulations on the minimum recharge limit were invalid, and Xiao Liu won the case.
