The leadership team of the Chamber of Commerce should regularly investigate the production and operation of member companies, continue to expand the membership of the Chamber of Commerce, and provide personnel guarantee for the continuous development of the Chamber of Commerce. The Taizhou Chamber of Commerce has visited 35 member companies this year, adding 5 vice presidents, 6 directors, and 5 members. The Chamber of Commerce branch has 1 regular party member and 3 development reserve party members.

The second is to improve self-discipline conventions and build harmony and integrity. It is necessary to actively guide members to be honest and trustworthy, keep the bottom line, do not step on the red line, and do not touch the high-tension line through the president meeting, the board meeting, and the general meeting. The Taizhou Chamber of Commerce has set up a self-discipline convention and formulated a grid-based chairman rotation system to solve the problem of members coming from different counties and cities in Taizhou, and enhance the intimacy and sense of belonging of members to the Chamber of Commerce.

The third is to do a good job in information propaganda and gain roots in the hearts of the people. It is necessary to publicize the party’s principles and policies through various forms, do a good job in information publicity, promote positive energy, and enhance the cohesion and influence of the chamber of commerce. This year, the Taizhou Chamber of Commerce has published more than 100 news about the Chamber of Commerce, Party building news, policy propaganda, and member news on its WeChat official account this year. Each quarterly newsletter has published 10 issues and 63 newsletters have been published.

The fourth is to innovate the carrier of activities and be close to serving members. It is necessary to start with solving the problems of member companies and the most concerned issues, and to provide them with a carrier of development and a platform for communication. The Taizhou Chamber of Commerce organizes interactive activities such as the Mid-Autumn Festival Tea Party, Female Compatriot Travel, Party Members’ Red Tour, and Armed Police Condolences on March 8th Women’s Day, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Army Day, etc., and holds special lectures on the Civil Code and publicity on financial inclusive policies. Fifth, it is necessary to build a distinctive brand and enhance its recognition. It is necessary to adhere to the leadership of party building and build a recognizable and influential work brand based on the characteristics of the chamber of commerce. Taizhou Chamber of Commerce actively deepened the “Party Building + Finance + Mediation” brand project. Since the launch of “Party Building + Finance”, it has assisted member companies in financing and loaning 350 million yuan. In 2021, the Chamber of Commerce launched the “Party Building + Finance + Mediation” through in-depth research on the needs of members, hired 5 legal consultants, and established “Legal Consultants” Group”, a free legal public welfare consultation is carried out once a month to provide consultations for members who come to seek legal aid, and it has received more than 30 members who come to consult.

Sixth, we must bravely shoulder our mission and actively fulfill our social responsibilities. We must always align the development direction of chambers of commerce and members with the realization of common prosperity, national development and social progress. The Taizhou Chamber of Commerce insists on sending warmth and love to the disabled due to illness, the elderly who lost themselves alone, and the elderly who are alone and widowed; it organizes volunteer activities to help sanitation workers clean roads and snow, and organizes residents to move to safe places during typhoon days.
