This is how we counted Super Tuesday for the 2024 United States elections
Voters from the Republican and Democratic parties have gathered in 15 states to elect their candidates for the November 5 elections.

Super Tuesday, one of the decisive electoral dates, has concluded. This March 5, millions of people in 15 US states have decided on their candidate for the presidential elections on November 5 for the Democratic and Republican parties. The results, which will be processed in the coming days in several entities, confirm that the 2020 battle of Joe Biden against Donald Trump for the White House will be repeated in the fall. The president has conquered most of the disputed territories, with the exception of a testimonial defeat in American Samoa. His rival, Donald Trump, has devastated and pushed Nikky Haley, the only one standing among the Republicans, to the end of the road. The former governor of South Carolina avoided leaving empty-handed with a victory in Vermont, a state that has 17 delegates. The closure of the States has occurred in a staggered manner between 7:00 p.m. in the Eastern United States (six hours more in peninsular Spain) and midnight, when schools in the West, California and Alaska were closed. Although Biden and Trump have conquered the majority of the territories, their candidacies will be mathematically confirmed on March 12, with a new block of primaries. Virginia, Vermont, North Carolina, Alabama, Iowa, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Maine, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, California, Texas, Utah and Alaska have voted. In American Samoa, the only place where Biden was defeated, the winner was independent businessman Jason Palmer. In the next few hours, the Republican results of Utah (Biden has won) and Alaska, which only has Republican votes, will be confirmed; the democratic one will be in April.null
This Tuesday, hundreds of delegates from both parties have been at stake, who will be sent to the Republican and Democratic conventions, which will take place in July and August, respectively. Republicans have allocated 874 of the 2,429 delegates who will vote at the event in Milwaukee. Trump needs 1,215. The Democratic Party has awarded 1,420 of the 1,968 delegates needed for the Chicago meeting.

So much for Super Tuesday: everything decided in the absence of two counts
Super Tuesday ends here, without too many surprises. Beyond Nikki Haley’s surprising victory in Vermont, Biden wins in 15 states and Trump in 14. The current occupant of the White House already has 804 delegates, who will support him at the Chicago convention; the former president 751. A real Super Tuesday in California: primaries and Senate

The surprisingly hotly contested American Samoa

Nikki Haley, “honored” by the support
Trump’s only rival has won a small but surprising victory by winning in Vermont and taking its 17 delegates.
