Yang Wei: “Seeking Truth” publishes Xi Jinping’s speech as an official record | Corruption | Bureaucracy | Epidemic

[Epoch Times, February 1, 2022]On January 31, the Chinese Communist Party’s “Seeking Truth” magazine published Xi Jinping’s speech at the training class for young and middle-aged cadres at the Central Party School on September 1, 2021, actively disclosing many internal party Corruption and bureaucracy issues. This article was published on the eve of Tiger Eve, probably warning officials at all levels not to wantonly give and accept bribes during the Chinese New Year, and should also take the opportunity to beat the opposition again not to try to do anything in private; however, the various problems described in the article are just as vivid. It has become a modern version of the CCP officialdom.

Who are CCP officials who have lost their faith loyal to?

The title of Xi Jinping’s speech published in “Seeking Truth” is “Strive to Become a Pillar of Talents Who Can Be Greatly Used and Can Take on Heavy Responsibilities”. At the beginning of the article, it put forward the requirement of “firm belief and loyalty to the party”, and said that “a considerable number of party members and cadres have lost the ideals and beliefs of the Communists, and only focus on utility instead of ideals, and only talk about selfish desires and not beliefs.”

The article admits the facts without shyness, as if it is a true portrayal of the CCP’s officialdom. The article stated that “ideas and beliefs are Marxist beliefs, the lofty ideals of communism, and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics”;

From top to bottom in the CCP, who else really believes in Marxism and Communism? The CCP elites are just trying to protect the party and the red country, continue their privileges as much as possible, and maintain the rule and enslavement of the Chinese people. They also know the ultimate fate. Sooner or later, “the fate of failure is inevitable.” The CCP regime has indeed rapidly declined in the past two years, and it is difficult to reverse it.

The top leaders of the CCP shouted “ideal” and “loyalty”, and they should have known that no one really believed it. In his speech, Xi Jinping said that without “ideals and beliefs”, “selfish thoughts will be overwhelmed at critical moments, and even run away.”

This should accurately reflect the true mentality of the current officials at all levels, who are all arranging their way back in private. Xi Jinping also said that “some party members and cadres are mentally empty, depressed, and servile for material things. They believe in the supremacy of money, fame and fortune, and pleasure.” Xi Jinping’s speech also said that some “cadres are only willing to stay in ‘Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou’, and are not willing to go to ‘New Zealand'”.

These words vividly describe the current state of the CCP’s officialdom. CCP officials have never been truly “loyal” to the party, they are only truly “loyal” to money.

Who is really “loyal” in the history of the CCP?

Xi Jinping said in his speech that “from the perspective of the party’s century-old history”, “many people have shaken or even betrayed their ideals and beliefs in difficult conditions and brutal struggles”; , Deng Enming, He Shuheng, Chen Tanqiu 5 sacrificed, some left the party, and 3 Chen Gongbo, Zhou Fohai, Zhang Guotao defected and betrayed the party.”

The article did not describe in detail the outcome of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China, nor did it dare to reveal the truth.

Wang Jinmei, known as one of the five sacrifices, died of illness in 1925 and was also counted as a sacrifice.

The second person, Li Hanjun, was forced to transfer to a boat in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, due to the police search at his home in the concession during the National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 1921. Li Hanjun left the party in 1922, was expelled from the party in 1924, and later served in the Kuomintang government, but was still executed and counted as a sacrifice by the CCP.

The third person, Deng Enming, was executed in Jinan in 1931.

The fourth person, He Shuheng, was besieged in Fujian in 1935 after the CCP base area was encircled and killed by jumping off a cliff.

Chen Tanqiu, the fifth man, was executed in Xinjiang in 1942.

The article listed 5 deputies of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China who sacrificed, but only 3 were actually sacrificed. The article mentioned three people who “betrayed the party”, including Chen Gongbo, Zhou Fohai, and Zhang Guotao, but there were actually four others that were not mentioned.

Li Da, who voluntarily left the party in 1923, survived; after the CCP seized power in 1949, he rejoined; but he was persecuted to death during the Cultural Revolution and was expelled from the party.

Liu Renjing was expelled from the party in 1929 for supporting the Trotskyites, and later served in the Nationalist government; after the CCP seized power in 1949, Liu Renjing admitted to the CCP that he was wrong, but was considered not to be fully repentant; in 1967, Liu Renjing was imprisoned in Qincheng Prison during the Cultural Revolution , was released in 1978, and died in a car accident in 1987.

Bao Huiseng, who left the party in 1927, later served in the National Government; after the establishment of the Communist Party of China in 1949, he came to Beijing from Macau; he died in Beijing in 1979.

The fourth is Li Hanjun, who was counted as a sacrifice by the CCP. He left the party in 1922, was expelled from the party in 1924, and later served in the Kuomintang government, but was executed.

Among the 13 deputies of the 1st National Congress of the Communist Party of China, 7 had left the Party or were expelled from the Party, 2 were executed, 1 jumped off a cliff, and 1 died of illness. Only Mao Zedong and Dong Biwu really persisted until they seized power in 1949, when Mao had already sat on the throne. In the top spot, Dong Biwu is in charge of financial power. The article “Seeking Truth” cites a major example of the CCP, and it really cannot explain “loyalty to the Party”.

The CCP only claimed that there were 13 representatives of the First National Congress, but avoided two other participants, namely Marin, the representative of the Comintern, and Nikolsky, the representative of the Secretariat of the Far East Bureau of the Comintern. These two foreigners are the real founders of the CCP, and they are also the real leaders and people who paid for them at first.

Xi Jinping said in his speech that the test of “loyalty to the party” is to “maintain the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the party central committee” and “strictly observe the party’s political discipline and rules.”

According to this statement, “loyalty to the party” has actually become “loyalty” to a certain leader, or “loyalty” to a certain faction, and has nothing to do with the so-called “ideal beliefs”.

“Formalism, bureaucracy” from top to bottom

The article “Seeking Truth” also carried Mao’sSeek truth from facts”, adding that “the mistakes we made and the reasons for their occurrence were all because we left the actual situation at the time and decided our own work policy subjectively.”

Similar words have been rarely mentioned, because CCP officials at all levels have long learned to deceive the top and the bottom, even if they take theSeek truth from facts” is too harsh as a decoration.

Xi Jinping said,You have to keep your eyes down, your feet down, and you should always throw yourself down, sink to the front line, and go to the near and far ones.”You can’t do show-style research, bonsai-style research, or just touch-up research.”This is serious formalism and bureaucracy! “

Such a claim should be hard to convince lower-level officials.During the two consecutive years of major floods in China, the top CCP never came to the front line of disaster relief in person, but asked officials at all levels toCommand from the front”, the Zhengzhou flood accident and concealment are not accidental, in fact, the CCPbureaucracy”. The CCP’s extreme anti-epidemic measures, andSeeking truth from facts is a far cry.

Xi Jinping also said,The good and the bad must be seen, and the praise and criticism of the cadres and the masses must be listened to.”Being able to hear different voices is not a bad thing, after many times of ‘negative negation’ process, the thinking and decision making can be in line with reality.”

These words may be difficult to convince the public. In the past two years at least, the top officials of the CCP have made missteps inside and out, but they still want to sing praises. Who dares to “criticize” or “denial”? The speech also used “poverty alleviation” as an example of “seeking truth from facts”, but the CCP knows that the so-called “poverty alleviation” is always a scam.

It is the so-called up-down effect.Xi Jinping’s speech criticizedThose who see the wind and act tactfully, those who cover up contradictions and whitewash the peace, those who do not do practical work, those who are very happy and eager for quick success.” But these people are all selected by the top leaders of the CCP, and naturally They all imitate the practice of the top CCP.

Xi Jinping also said in his speech,There are also many people who talk rhetorically and don’t do the real thing”; for example,Some sing well but do poorly, their work is carried out according to the slogan, and their determination remains in their mouths; some put on airs and make superficial essays, build momentum and deal with it perfunctory; If you don’t push it, you won’t do anything; some even have orders that don’t work, and some that don’t stop, and even deceive and deceive.”

This passage can be said to vividly paint a picture of the daily work of CCP officials. Xi Jinping also said,Since the beginning of this year, some localities have encountered such and other problems in epidemic prevention and control, fighting against natural disasters, ecological environment protection, and safe production. After verification, one of the important reasons is that some cadres are not pragmatic in their work style, work is not solid, and their responsibilities are not fulfilled.” .

This should be the true summary of the CCP’s anti-epidemic and disaster-fighting work.

Can’t “unite” to “fight”?

Xi Jinping said in his speech,Some cadres misunderstood ‘harmony is precious’ and insisted on ‘tolerance’ and ‘harmony’.There are others who are well-rounded and well-rounded, who speak and act in a way that looks head-on and the direction of the wind, drifting with the waves and falling with the wind.”

These words are tantamount to warning officials at all levels to hurry up and stand in a clear line, and don’t try to ride on the wall. Xi Jinping also said,The party has always advocated unity”, butnot an unprincipled mass of peace”;When we talk about principles, we must talk about struggle”;There must be no ambiguity or concessions on issues of principle”;When the two cannot be unified, we must adhere to the principle without hesitation”;The struggle is always and everywhere”;It is unrealistic to always think about a peaceful life and not want to fight.”

According to this series of logic, those who cannot “unite” will be “struggled”. Before the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, I am afraid that the CCP officials have to make a serious statement, and I am afraid that it will not work if they want to stay in the vague middle ground.

Xi Jinping’s speech once again emphasized that “strictly abide by the rules and do not cross the bottom line” and “first of all have a sense of reverence”; he also said that although the anti-corruption “zero tolerance” since the 18th National Congress, “there are still some cadres who go their own way and violate the discipline”, “some people One of the important reasons for doing so many appalling things is that they don’t have awe!”

Xi Jinping also said, “We must take personal reputation, status, and interests lightly and let them go, and we can’t do the trick of ‘being an official from a thousand miles, just for food and clothing’.” “Some young cadres have just set foot on the front. Official career, the hind foot goes astray'”.

The current “struggle” is probably far more than just “reputation, status, interests” and “food and clothing”. The “struggle” within the CCP has always been about life and death. Xi Jinping’s speech profoundly portrayed the filthiest, ugliest, and most life-threatening officialdom.

“Seeking Truth” magazine noted that this is only the main part of Xi Jinping’s speech, and the part that cannot be made public may be even uglier. If the CCP media takes the initiative to disclose such an ugly CCP officialdom, not only will the common people be filled with righteous indignation, but God will sooner or later punish them. The day of the CCP’s collapse is probably not far away.
