The first suspensions of the health personnel who do not want against Covid-19 will arrive on Monday 19 July. we are talking about 21 hospital doctors, 216 between infirmaries, technicians and midwives and 16 white coats who work in the area including family doctors, pediatricians of free choice, Usca, outpatient specialists, dentists. There are also 33 pharmacists who didn’t want to know about getting immunized.
All will be suspended not only from employment but also from the professional Order to which they belong: they will not be able to work and their salary will be suspended.
Almost two months after the conversion into law of decree 44 which provides for the vaccination obligation against Covid for all health personnel, the first measures arrive. It will certainly not be a painless operation for Ulss 1 Dolomiti, given that all these people will have to be replaced if you want to keep user services in the hospital at least. “It will not be an easy step”, comments the general manager Maria Grazia Carraro, “we will see case by case to find compatible solutions”.
