Agreement reached between the healthcare company and the most representative trade unions of the healthcare area management
The Usl Company of the Aosta Valley and the most representative trade unions of the Health Area Management have reached and signed the agreement on incentives linked to the Covid-19 emergency.
The supplementary agreement signed «is in the sign of the synergy between the Usl Company and the trade unions. of the health management, ”says the health director of the USL, Guido Giardini. “The other actions are still in progress for the complete application of the agreements linked to the renewal of the management contract to realize strong incentives for professional, economic and technological attractiveness”.
For the unions that have signed the agreement, the incentives are «an important recognition of the activities carried out in all phases of the Covid emergency by the Health Management in favor of the Aosta Valley population. To date, the real emergency is clearly attenuated – they add -, thanks also to the efforts made by all the regional health personnel and the vaccination of all the local health authorities and the population in general; there remains the need to continue to ensure all activities, whether or not linked to the Covid emergency and to gradually recover the waiting lists for visits and services that have been delayed in delivery, with the lengthening of waiting times “.
